Leaving Automatic Feedback on eBay

By Kam

Leaving feedback is a great way to receive feedback from buyers. – Kam

Yesterday, I was contacted by an eBay dropshipper to ask how he can leave feedback for buyers automatically as his business is growing and leaving feedback manually consumes a lot of time.

In today’s world, feedback is a true reflection of services rendered by business houses and sellers and eBay sellers are no exception. While it is buyers in general that rate the services of sellers, of late sellers can also leave feedback for buyers. The American multinational ride-hailing giant Uber allows even drivers to rate their passengers.

In a nutshell, for sellers on eBay, leaving feedback is a great way to say thank you to buyers, and it encourages them to leave feedback for you. As an eBay seller, you can leave feedback manually or automatically for your buyers

However, if you’re having trouble keeping up with leaving feedback as your business grows and leaving automatic feedback is the need, eBay has this feature in Selling Manager Pro to help.

Selling Manager has two versions – Free and Paid.

Selling Manager is a free tool integrated within Seller Hub on eBay and so you cannot separately subscribe to it. However, Selling Manager Pro (SM Pro) is not free and this is the tool that only leaves automatic feedback for buyers as per the conditions set by the sellers.

As per eBay help page, there is a 30 day free trial for SM Pro at the time of writing this article. After 30 days, there is a monthly fee of £4.99 for eBay UK registered sellers.

In addition to leaving automatic feedback, SM Pro can do some additional tasks:
